Description
Nyla’s approach to counselling is person-centred, trauma-informed, and holistic in nature. Nyla believes in working with the client alongside their family and that a systems approach to counselling can aid in foundational healing within the family unit. With roots in Indigenous values, she hopes to foster positive relationships with both parent and child and seeks to restore the wellness within a family through an anti-oppressive lens and in a culturally safe and warm environment.
