Description

I work from a strength-based and trauma informed perspectives. I provide evidence-based assessment and treatment to children and adolescents (virtual and in person) for a variety of challenges, including: Anxiety/Phobias (including generalized, social, separation anxiety), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, ADHD and Executive Functioning, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Emotion Regulation Difficulties, Challenging Behaviours, Depression/Low Mood, Parent-child relationship, Academic Stress and School Avoidance, Coping with COVID-19 and other stressors.
