Jana (she/her) specializes in sexual abuse trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, family conflict, performance anxiety, and sexualized behaviours. Jana uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Art therapy, DBT and Somatic Therapy. She is also trained to conduct trauma, social/emotional and risk assessments for youth. She believes in providing a safe space for anyone wanting to talk and work through any challenges they are facing. She's always ready to listen and help in the healing process.
