I have over 20 years’ experience supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges. This has included helping people with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, parenting and issues unique to young adults and men. My style is warm, compassionate, and practical, and I strive to make therapy a meaningful and productive experience.
