Wendy helps you heal from traumatic experiences and the effects that these painful events have - anxiety, depression, panic attacks, nightmares, stress, emotional exhaustion and "being stuck." Wendy is a trauma specialist who helps you move toward living a fuller, more meaningful life; free from the burdens of past experiences. Wendy works with people who have experienced all types of trauma (past and present) and the effects of this trauma. Her values are authenticity, respect and trust.
