Description
As a therapist derived from over 20 years of community based social work, I have been taught many valuable lessons along the way that I have incorporated into my practice. My primary focus is to learn about your needs so that we can establish a rapport, build a genuine connection and move forward towards meeting your goals. Therapy can be creative and offer flexibility with setting and service type. Therapy at my practice often looks very different for different people. If you would like to talk about what therapy could look like for you, please contact me directly. Kindly, Melissa

Summary
As a therapist derived from many years of community based social work, I practice with application of theories that explore origins of behaviour with evidence-based approaches. Sessions will offer perspective based on the person in environment theory, considering the client within their psychosocial contexts.
