My practice centres on supporting healthy relationships including those we have with ourselves, which is foundational in influencing the relationships we have with others, including with our family, children, and friends. 

I believe it is important for therapy to be safe, ethical, and to occur at a pace that is comfortable yet promotes change.

When looking at our struggles, I believe it's helpful to ask: "What has happened to me?" instead of "What's wrong with me?"
