Black women face a variety of challenges living in Ontario and I know them well. From immigration to workplace trauma, dealing with family, marriage, children, overwhelm and grief, depression, and anxiety. I've lived them all and I'm here to help you find the tools that work best for you! You can and will make it to the other side... you've overcome every obstacle in your life until now, right? You'll make it through this one too! I am pleased to provide services to support the unique challenges experienced by black men and women through a therapeutic lens.
