I work with relationship issues, work-related stress, loss, trauma, addiction, and anxiety. I have helped men, women and individuals of different ages, professions, diverse backgrounds and cultural groups with a wide range of difficulties and themes. 

Our work together will help you feel more empowered, hopeful and in control when tackling life’s challenges and embracing change. 

I recognize that seeking support or taking the step to speak to someone can be an intimidating process. I want to assure you that I will meet you where you are at; in a safe, kind, genuine, and non-judgmental space.
