I am a child, teen, and adult therapist with a track record of helping my clients feel better using attachment-based and somatic therapies. Therapy is a safe space to get unstuck. I provide a non-judgmental space filled with humour, curiosity, acceptance and empathy. We will collaborate on reaching your goals one step at a time.
