My name is Paulette Light and I am the owner and clinical director of Lighthouse Counselling and Social Work Services. I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. My approach is gentle and views you as the expert in your life. I practice from a holistic and trauma informed framework. Using a customized approach allows me to meet your unique needs. During treatment I use a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches including: CBT, DBT, Gottman, & Strengths Based approach
