Description
I have over 15 years of experience as a counsellor and have worked with a wide range of issues with a varied population. As a trained mindfulness teacher and EMDR practitioner, I integrate these interventions to help clients work through what's keeping them stuck and anxious. I have a heart for those who are struggling due to their early life experiences or trauma. As a firm believer in the healing power of hope and compassion, my goal is to help you tap into and discover your own internal resources and develop your unique strengths and potential to live a more fulfilling life.
