Farheen Jamal has been working with children and families for over two decades. She worked as a Child and Family Therapist at a Children's Mental Health Centre in Toronto for over a decade before starting her own private practice full time. Farheen works with children (ages 4 to young adults) and their families to help them in developing new coping skills and strategies, or strengthen and expand the ones they already have. She enjoys working with young people and helping them develop the "tools" in their tool box to help them better cope with challenges now and in the future.
