Description
I believe in an individualized approach to mental health therapy. My job as a therapist is not to "fix" you or to help you find freedom in becoming more like others. With children, my primary approach is neurobiologically informed and play-based. I do not believe obstacles in life can be overcome by simply thinking differently. My practice is focused on building connection with self (mind, body, spirit) through trauma informed exploration. I am a trauma-informed neurodivergent mental health therapist with a lot of experience working with children, youth, and their families.
