I work with adults who are facing anxiety, stress, burnout, parenting issues, relationship concerns, grief/loss or struggling through any kind of life transition. I have a special interest in working with individuals and their caregivers who are at various stages of their health journey. My counselling style is gentle, laid back and compassionate. I want to help you identify and process the root cause of your struggles in order to make lasting improvements in your everyday life.
