My ideal client is not based on a problem but rather on personality. I often work with those who want to heal from trauma, end relentless self-criticism and challenge their exhausting people-pleasing. My clients are aiming to have a deep connection with their true selves so they can live an intentional life of purpose and authentic happiness.
