I am a registered social worker, offering virtual and in person counselling sessions through my office which in Embrun, Ontario. If you are struggling with stress or anxiety that is impacting your everyday life, we will work together to bring you some balance. Often when individuals are struggling this also impacts their personal and family relationships, which is why I also offer couples and family counselling sessions. One of my areas of specialty is parenting support and counselling specific to infertility, pregnancy and loss which impacts individuals and couples significantly.
