Description
Minota has her Masters in Counselling Psychology and her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW, RSW). Minota is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Level 1 and Level 2 Therapy. Minota works with youth 14+ and adults. She is trained to work with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and worry, self-esteem, anger management, women's issues and conflict. With Minota, your therapeutic journey will be filled with up-to-date best practices, be centered around safety and your growth... all of which will be sprinkled with hope and laughter!

Keys to Hope provides psychological and clinical counselling services, community groups, coaching services, and wellness activities that are accessible and affordable to adults, couples, youth, and families. This includes support for trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, and conflict resolution, communication, parent coaching, emotional regulation, intimacy and attachment, anger management and more. We offer In person, video, or phone sessions. Keys to Hope also offers reduced counselling rates with practicum students when available. Call or email for current students and rates.
