Description
I am personable, approachable, and flexible, and I will work with you to establish your goals for therapy, and help to process the issues that come up for you. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. I specialize, and enjoy working with, individuals who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, work stress, life transitions, interpersonal difficulty, and trauma. I welcome folks from the LGBTQIA+ community, racialized folks, and anyone that sees themselves as other.
