Looking to make changes to your life & improve your overall wellbeing? Feeling stuck in a cycle that's no longer working for you? I provide counselling services to adults living in New Brunswick, as well as virtual services in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. I offer a space free of judgment, but full of empathy, safety, and support for all clients. I believe creating a trusting relationship with my clients is important and I recognize my clients are the experts in their own lives. Therefore I will meet you where you are in your healing journey.
