I support individuals who struggle with grief and bereavement (including pet loss) and have experience facilitating spousal loss, parental loss, and traumatic loss support groups. I guide my clients living with depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, self-esteem issues, and personal/relational challenges to self-discovery.
