Description
I have been working in the field of Social Work for over 25 years with a focus on mental health for 15 years. I am passionate about helping others alleviate feelings of guilt/shame and responsibility and teaching people how to regulate their nervous system. I have direct experience working with First Responders and understand the unique challenges of the work and lifestyle. I also help people going through the painful journey of grief and loss. A compassionate, patient approach with a down to earth nature and a sense of humour summarizes my style of interaction.
