Kate Mooney (BSW, RWS) is a highly collaborative practitioner who tends to use a very interpersonal approach. She draws heavily on CBT, DBT, Narrative and Polyvagal theory while emphasizing the importance of developing personal insight and trusting intuition. Kate encourages exposure to nature and the importance of seeing oneself as a whole being. She is holistic in her approach and will happily include nature, community visits, walk and talk, movement or arts based approaches as appropriate and agreed upon with clients.
