Meghan is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Social Worker, committed to providing inclusive and affirming therapy to individuals of all backgrounds. She earned her Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto and holds an Honours Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Arts and Science from McMaster. One of her many passions lies in working with teenagers and young adults, particularly those struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours. As a person with lived experience, Meghan is deeply committed to supporting members of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.

Kat Kova Therapy is a boutique psychotherapy clinic offering remote and in-person sessions in the GTA. We are located at a highly central location within 5 km of Downtown, York, Forest Hill, Leaside, Cabbagetown, Little Portugul and The Junction. Our Psychotherapists, Psychotherapists (Qualifying), and Social Workers are skilled in treating mental health issues, relationship issues, and sexual issues with individuals and romantic partners (including those who practice ethical non-monogamy and LGBTQ+ couples).
