Description
My goal is to help individuals and families shift from a mindset of ‘just getting by’ to actively living a more balanced and meaningful life. When we struggle with feelings such as anxiety, sadness, hopelessness, and inadequacy, it can sometimes feel as though we are in survival mode. In counselling sessions I offer you the opportunity to explore, reflect, and discover without being judged. My hope is that you will experience what thriving feels like, and you will have gained the tools you need to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others.

Journey 2 Freedom

Summary
We call this Journey 2 Freedom because we recognize that this process is a journey. A journey to find your inner strength and to help you build on your existing skills so in turn you can overcome any obstacles standing in your way. We understand some of the barriers to accessing support, and want to make services accessible to everyone. What’s unique about our services is that we are prepared to provide support within the comfort of your own home or community. Please note, a private space is available for use at The Village Health Clinic.
