I’m an experienced psychotherapist specially trained and with extensive experience treating trauma-related problems and general mental health and emotional difficulties. I practice an integrated approach. I’m a registered practitioner of Somatic Experiencing. I have advanced training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. I’m trained and and experienced in various trauma-focused approaches. I have a warm, genuine, non-judgmental and direct approach to psychotherapy and I work collaboratively with clients with attention to individual and systemic patterns of power and oppression.
