I believe in people’s resiliency and that each of us is capable of growth, and reaching new goals and possibilities. I am a registered social worker, psychotherapist, and my approach is one of calm, non-judgmental and strength-based collaboration. I work with people who are experiencing pain in their lives, and together we explore and address the issues affecting their sense of well-being. They develop the insight and skills to solve problems, initiate change and work toward attaining their goals.
