I believe in supporting clients to move in the direction of their goals, and in the healing capacity of the helping relationship. A genuine caring relationship between the therapist and client is the foundation for effective therapy.
My model of therapy is integrative, utilizing evidence-based approaches to empower clients to make meaningful change. Using the modalities of Narrative, as well as Cognitive-Behavioural therapies, my person-centered style creates a warm and non-judgemental place in which to explore your most sensitive and difficult issues.
