Every person experiences grief and loss within their lifetime. You may be dealing with a loss of a job, health, or grieving the death of a loved one. This may leave you feeling unsure about what to do next. You may start to question your identity, purpose and meaning in your life. It may seem hard to see the possibilities of hope in the midst of the adversity that you are facing. You want to be able to move forward in life but are often weighed down by the grief. Summary
Life can be hard sometimes and can feel even harder when we think we have to do it alone or “be strong”. Vulnerability takes courage. Let us witness that courage, and support you through challenging times. Together we can learn to find balance, tolerate that which is intolerable, and learn to co-exist with any and all our emotions. At J.A.G. Village we know grief, mourning, and bereavement very well. We know that it can be very disorientating. Our role is to help you navigate this new terrain while also supporting and bearing witness to the experiences you have along the way.
