I am a straight cis Inuk woman with a Bachelor of Social Work, a minor in Sociocultural Anthropology, and Death Doula certification. I have a range of experience supporting people across the lifespan, and specialize in grief/loss, navigating change, radical acceptance, and goal attainment. I am experienced in building healthy relationships and in strategies aimed at interrupting intergenerational trauma. I provide strength-based, ecologically-focused support while utilizing a variety of approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-based Counselling, and Rational Emotive Therapy.
