When life introduces us to complex experiences and emotions we may find difficulty in processing the residual trauma, or feel stuck in it. Our experiences with trauma can be difficult to put into words, however, the impact can still be felt by the nervous system, even through memories. Using Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (TM), we move through what is not only conscious, but also explore what is held by the unconscious mind.
