Zhivka has over 7 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, youth, adults and families. She specializes working with families struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, separation, divorce, illness, and death. To her, it is a privilege joining families on their journey seeing them grow confident, hopeful, and trusting. Zhivka uses SFBT, Family Therapy, EFT, CBT, and IFS. Her approach is eclectic, trauma informed, attachment based, person-centered, and anti-oppressive. Speaks English, Bulgarian and Russian.
