Chrissy specialises in providing a caring and supportive ear to those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, anger management, ADHD, grief, trauma, and the stress of everyday life. With 20 years of work experience within the social service field in Canada and England, she helped individuals of all ages to gain coping skills to navigate their lives successfully. She uses therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Expressive Arts Therapy, Brief Solution-focused Therapy, DBT, Trauma and Resiliency Approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness.
