Description
My approach to counselling is very collaborative, client-centered, and I draw from a range of evidence-based practices. This helps me to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we will work together to understand and identify goals that will help move you towards your ideal life. Each individual’s therapy goals are entirely unique, and sessions are therefore tailored to meet you exactly where you are, then guide you in the direction you wish to go. I will walk alongside you as we explore different skills, tools and ways of thinking to create lasting change.
