IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS IN YOUR HOME! Jenny believes in treating the whole person and uses an eclectic approach of holistic and evidence-based techniques to meet each individual’s needs and goals. She has a passion for expanding her knowledge in evidence-based practice and has completed additional professional training in different therapeutic modalities including: EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Counselling. She is constantly growing and developing her knowledge and understanding of life with trauma through mindfulness and holistic practices.
