Description
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS Specialties: Trauma, BIPOC & Cultural issues, Identity Issues, Relationship Issues, Domestic, ETC. Supporting Ages: Adults & Teens (14 years of age & up). Sadhna strongly believes that each client has the capability for recovery, acceptance, and wellness. As a therapist, her role is to provide a safe and compassionate space to process thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be preventing clients from living the best version of themselves. Her approach in therapy is warm, genuine, and collaborative. Sadhna is providing in-person and online/phone sessions to clients.

Healing Roots Therapy offers counselling services, delivered by Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapy interns within the Peel region, to Individuals, Couples and Families who are struggling with mental health, every day stressors, relationship conflicts & more. We have practitioners on our team that offer both in-person and online services as well as a sliding scale (lower fees) for clients who do not have insurance coverage and where finances present as a barrier to seeking weekly or bi-weekly support.
