Description

I take a holistic health and wellness approach, considering the contexts people have been shaped by. I am passionate about supporting others to connect to the wisdom of their mind, body and spirit. I am passionate about supporting self-identifying young women and girls, as well adult women around embodiment practices, addressing some of the collective challenges that women uniquely face. I seek to provide an empathetic, non-judgemental safe space for people to be themselves and heal at their pace. I can provide individual and couples therapy. Undergoing training in Internal Family Systems.
