I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, and are prone to feelings of shame and guilt. We can work toward cultivating a new relationship with emotions, one where you come to view emotions as containing important information about your needs, wants, and boundaries rather than a source of overwhelm. We can explore various aspects of your life with curiosity and compassion as you deepen your self-understanding.
