My approach to therapy is grounded in social justice and anti-oppression, and guided by narrative, feminist, and somatic experiencing frameworks. I work with individuals ages 12 and up, mostly around experiences of trauma (including relational, sexual, and systemic trauma) and the various ways it affects our lives, such as anxiety, depression, disconnection, anger, relationship dynamics, and relationships with our minds and bodies.
