Provider information
Description
As a Social Worker/Psychotherapist and child of South Asian immigrant parents, I take a holistic approach to provide mental health support that is client-centered to help you in your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth. Being a 1.5 generation immigrant, person of colour and woman who has overcome battles of my own, I recognize the role that intersectionality plays in our mental well-being. I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for help and tackle the cultural or faith-based stigmas surrounding therapy. I invite you to reach out to me for a 15 minute consultation.
