Cindi Saj, PhD is also the co-founder of Guidebook Consulting. Cindi works by supporting clients in their journey of self-discovery, by helping them uncover their unique strengths, values, and aspirations. Cindi works with children, youth and adults. She is experienced in working in rural and urban settings with individuals facing a diverse range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, criminality, abuse, anger management, impulsivity, suicidality, substance use/addiction and concurrent mental health disorders.
