My name is Toby Rader, as a Narrative Therapist I believe that people are multi-storied. I am most interested in exploring the narrative's that make up your story. Whether that is re-membering those you have lost through crafting a new relationship with grief or engaging in an externalizing conversation about depression & anxiety. I work alongside individuals, couples and families, primarily focusing on adults and elders. I have a back ground in working with mental health and substance use rooted in person centred care.
