My areas of individual practice include: addiction, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, grief and bereavement, life stages and transitions, stress management, work-life balance, career-related stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue, communication skills, personal growth, self-esteem and self-compassion, family and relationship breakdown, and mediation. I work with couples around strengthening communication, working with conflict and infidelity, and relationship breakdown, separation, divorce, and co-parenting.
