Tanya provides individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. Tanya practices from a trauma-informed lens and places a strong emphasis on developing the therapeutic relationship by creating a respectful, compassionate and positive environment in which people can openly share their feelings. She works with people struggling with a variety of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as with people affected by life stressors and interpersonal issues such as transition, relationship and parenting challenges.
