Sara works with teens and adults impacted by chronic & acute physical ailments, and those who are grieving. She is passionate about ensuring that every individual is empowered to have the highest quality of life possible. Sara works from a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens. She provides a safe space to explore deep issues related to health, mental health problems, and grief & loss. Sara works to validate the pain of grief, de-stigmatize grief and loss, decrease isolation and other debilitating effects of grief, and educate on what you can expect as you move through your journey.
