Jessica works with children, teens and adults, creating a safe space for clients to process, explore, and grow. Jessica views the work of therapy as a dynamic and collaborative process and uses a client-centered approach. She has completed continued education in the areas of cognitive behavioural therapy, emotionally-focused therapy and maternal mental health. Jessica works with perinatal and postpartum mothers, supporting them through their transition into motherhood. She also enjoys working with children and their families who are struggling to understand and manage challenging emotions.
