Christina practices from a trauma informed, attachment lens and has completed additional clinical training and specialization in the areas of cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy and maternal mental health. Along with evidenced based therapy modalities, Christina also believes in the importance of the mind-body connection and how lifestyle plays an important role in our emotional wellbeing. Christina works with woman, children and parents dealing with anxiety, postpartum, and childhood emotional neglect.
