Description
I offer structured therapeutic appointments for managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. Together we will collaboratively create a structured agenda to help work towards your unique goals. My hope is that you will leave therapy with new tools and skills to live a more authentic life. I have been trained through the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and will use a non-judgmental and anti-oppressive lens of practice.
