I integrate an attachment and trauma informed approach, weaving in informed modalities such as Somatic work, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).  I describe myself as a life long learner and curious to explore approaches tailored towards clients’ needs and goals. I am currently working towards my certification in Somatic Experiencing.

I would love the opportunity to support you along your journey to understand, build and attain control of your life in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space.
