I am a psychotherapist and registered social worker working with adults, families and children impacted by trauma and various life adversities. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal when supported with the right tools and safe and supportive environment. As such, in my practice I use a variety of effective therapeutic methods , including EMDR, CBT, IFS and other evidence based approaches to address unique needs and preferences of my clients. Whether in person at my London-office or virtually anywhere in Ontario I am honoured to to walk alongside you on this path to healing.
